We still like to keep things easy, even for our B2B clients! If you have a particular invoicing system or any questions that are beyond the regular, feel free to give us a call in the office and ask!
We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, and online credit card transactions through our client hub. We do our best to make most payments work but we don't currently support third party payment systems like Paypal, Venmo, or direct account transfers.
We know most companies run on a 15-30 day cycle for payments, so we send out our B2B invoices with a 30 day due notice to give you plenty of time to get it paid. If you have any special issues or invoicing concerns, simply give our office a call, we'd be happy to address them!
If you need any special forms or information for invoicing or payment, we need that to be communicated up front before the job is started to give us the time to obtain or review them as needed. No new invoicing or payment terms will be accepted by us after a job has been started (although if you ask nicely we'll probably do everything we can for you to accommodate!).
Are you a tax exempt company or have a reseller permit? We'll need a copy of the permit or letter of verification of tax exempt status. We recommend emailing it to our office for the easiest result, or it can be mailed in if you can't email, but we don't currently support fax, sorry.
Active customers that would like a copy of our license or insurance information can request it via email. Keep in mind that insurance info can take a few business days to a week to receive. Also, if you need any of this info before invoicing that should be communicated at the beginning of service before set-up so we have time to get it to you.
If you're sending out a W-9 for us for the year or whatnot make sure to send it to our business email (or you can mail to our P.O. Box as well). If you need any information for the form and don't already have it just contact our office and we'll be happy to help get it over for you.
