Here at Mole Masters we use what we consider to be the safest and most effective method to rid your yard of moles. Although we try our hardest to safeguard against any form of danger or injury, we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur from tampering or use of the equipment.

Signing up for Mole Masters in any capacity automatically qualifies customers into agreement with service and the conditions set for said service. In some situations where estimates are necessary or accounts are more public than normal we may require a signature before beginning service.

Please advise other service companies on site that mole devices are in place. Other service companies are not allowed to interact with Mole Masters equipment for any reason.

By using Mole Masters service you agree to a set of guidelines designed to protect our consumers, consumer property, our employees, company assets, and also create a safe service.

• DO NOT DISTURB EQUIPMENT. Mole Masters does not allow anyone other than a Mole Masters Technician to operate our equipment and devices on site.

• ADVISE ABOUT DIGGING HAZARDS. Mole Masters needs to be informed and have digging hazards marked on site.

• NO OTHER MOLE TREATMENTS ON SITE. Mole Masters service cannot usually operate when other mole treatments are on site. If you want to use another mole service at the same time Mole Masters will need to be contacted and release consent for both services to operate at same time.

Mole Masters operates as a contracted service where we lease equipment out with any service plan for the duration of the service. Equipment when leased is contract by Mole Masters to be placed upon the property. Mole Masters takes no responsibility for any issues resulting from the use of leased equipment.

In situations where Mole Masters is unable to render or complete service for unpredictable reasons there may be a service fee per trip completed at Mole Masters discretion. These reasons may be such as, but not limited to; animal interference, weather conditions, inability to access property, etc…

In situations where tampering of Mole Masters equipment occurs there may be a tampering fee applied. This fee if applied is at Mole Masters discretion and can be applied at a rate in accordance to the effect of the tampering.

Mole Masters reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. By using Mole Masters service you agree to release Mole Masters and its employees from any and all liability arising from the use of said service on property. In addition, you agree to pay for service rendered according to invoiced statement.
