The first step is easy, you just have to contact us! Use our online contact form, give our phone a call, or shoot us over an email. We'll get back to you promptly and will make the process as easy as possible.
Now it's time to begin looking at estimating the property. For most yards this can be done over the phone with a small amount of info (property address and mole activity). Some properties or B2B clients may require an in-person tech estimate, but this is very rare and we'll let you know if that's the case. At this point we'll be able to give you one of our awesome "Up-To" estimates!
Don't you hate it when a service company gives you a "rough" estimate that always seems lower than what it actually costs? Or even worse, when they can't give you an estimate at all because it's based on how many moles they can get? We agree and think that's the wrong attitude! That's why we start our service out right with an "Up-To" estimate. These estimates are designed to prepare you for a worst case scenario on a 5-Trip weekly system. The best part... if we can pull out early or the property isn't as difficult as expected, the price can go down on a sliding scale!
Don't worry, we've been doing this a long time (over 30 years!) and are going to do a great job getting the mole problem under control. Our technicians are all good people, vetted for records, tested for drugs, and come to your property with pride in the job they do! If we wouldn't let one of our technicians at our mother's house, we wouldn't send them to yours!
The next thing we'll do is see when we can fit you into the schedule (our techs cover certain areas different days of the week). Fortunately, we only work outside and our techs are the most skilled group of molecatchers available, so no one needs to be on site for us to get you properly set-up (as long as we're confident we can keep the price under the "Up-To" estimated amount, if we think it will need more we'll contact you and let you know before setting up).
Now we've sent the technician out to your property. They'll take a look around and identify not only new mole activity, but also the areas where the moles are coming from and potential mole breeding grounds or access nearby that may lead to further invasion. At this point they'll locate the mole tunnel locations and begin the set-up. All mole locations will be covered and secured down safely with plastic covers, use no bait or anything else that may attract animals to mess with them.
We like to communicate. A lot. Sometimes too much we're sure. At least that's what our friends tell us, but our clients seem to love it! We send out ETA's to let you know we're going to be stopping by (still no need to be on site, but it's nice to know what's going on) and we email out summary slips to give you a general review of what's happening. (we call them "Digital Door Slips" because they used to be paper versions that we'd leave on doors, but now we email them out)
The hard parts done, we've got you set-up and the tech has gone, now what? Now, we'll get you on a weekly schedule, usually this will be the same day as your set-up each week, but if not we'll let you know.
So it's been a week and we're back out, what now? What we'll do next is come out to take a look over the property, check for new activity, check the mole locations, reset if necessary, and dispose of any moles on site.
As we reach the point of the activity stopping, multiple moles disposed, or through seasonal change we'll look at the next step. For most clients this will be a simple pulling of the account and closing out the job, but for some our extended maintenance service may be needed. If that's the case this will usually be the time we cover that with you, but don't worry, that service is pretty awesome too!
Like everything else we do, our invoicing system is simple and easy! You'll find that we like to make sure we're doing a good job so we'll wait to send out the invoice until the end of the 5-Trip system (or when we pull if we pull early). If you're a B2B/commercial account this information may be a bit different so click the button below to go to our commercial page.
After the job is completed we'll send out a notification for a feedback form, just to ensure we did everything we could to make your experience awesome! Make sure to take advantage of this to give a talented technician a shout out or let us know about something you think could improve our service experience!
Now the job is completed and the feedback form has been sent, our office will complete the invoice to send out. This goes out with a 15-day due notice on it to give you time to look it over, ask any questions you might have, or pay it yourself online. After 15 days we'll charge the card on file for you (as long as there's no issue outstanding, we wouldn't do that). Remember what we said about we like to make sure we're doing a good job? Great! So if you find you have any issues or questions please give us a call or email us, we'll take care of you in the best way possible!
Now you understand the steps of our system you're probably wondering what the price is. While this can be a hard thing to estimate online, we'll give you a rundown the best we can in the next section 'What do we charge?'. Just click the button below!
That's okay, we're here to help. Contact us in the office, we'll be happy to go over the system, explain pricing, and answer any other questions you might have!

We wanted to say this in a more humorous way, but were told that wasn't a good idea by people speaking in legalese we didn't fully understand... sigh. Well, we're not that funny anyway, otherwise we'd be like those rich comedians, not molecatchers.
...To your yard! The season is shifting and moles are on the lookout for newer, more fertile ground. Don't let your lawn get caught off guard, give us a call and stop the moles now!
