Are you looking for the best service to continue on with for your property? Look no further! Of course you can always ask our office or techs for a recommendation but we'll give you the rundown below.
If you're looking for more of a year-round protection package we do have that available. We may recommend starting with maintenance before year-round but if you want to check it out click the button below!
The most basic and simple of the extended service plans is the add-on weekly visits. If you just want a little extra protection or there's this one mole next door you're concerned about coming in right away this can be the best choice.
Generally add-on visits are considered an extension of an in/out service. This means we'll come out on a weekly basis until the nearby concern has been dealt with or the activity has completely stopped. At that point we'll pull unless you tell us you want to stay on longer.
Do you have a special event coming up or a specific period of time that you want a property covered until? If so, this may be the service for you. Weekly visits are scheduled until the pre-set date, season end, or situation occurs (such as no moles for two consecutive visits). Let us know if this is the case for you and we'll be happy to get you set-up!
If you want to extend protection of moles in your yard but don't need a constant weekly service this will usually be the plan we recommend. This service is a bi-weekly at first but as the problem gets more under control or spread apart in activity we may be able to distance visits out further, giving you more time and protection on site, but at an overall lower monthly rate.
The most common maintenance is the continuous service. This service starts bi-weekly and goes until you tell us it's time to pull. If your tech thinks you should reduce or increase trip rates they'll let you know as the service progresses but you can always stay on the bi-weekly or weekly rate as desired.
Similar to the add-on in/out service except on this one we start on a bi-weekly basis. Now if you're seeing constant activity from outside areas we may not recommend this over a weekly add-on visit system but if it seems your only getting a mole in every other week or so then this could be the system for you. Once we think the activity is completed we'll pull out unless you let us know otherwise.
Like the add-on pre-set visits where you can have us go for a set period of time or until a certain date, but on a bi-weekly starting schedule. This system is generally used by clients that want their property covered until the end of a season or until an upcoming holiday.
Extended service is for customers who have completed or are currently on in/out or 5-trip service plans and generally cannot be started right from set-up of current mole activity due to the difference in how properties are protected.

We wanted to say this in a more humorous way, but were told that wasn't a good idea by people speaking in legalese we didn't fully understand... sigh. Well, we're not that funny anyway, otherwise we'd be like those rich comedians, not molecatchers.
...To your yard! The season is shifting and moles are on the lookout for newer, more fertile ground. Don't let your lawn get caught off guard, give us a call and stop the moles now!
